About High Street Property Management

High Street Property Management was established in 2010 by Nikki Paton. After spending 10 years in employment within the Letting and Property Management sector Nikki decided to step out and open her own business. Nikki’s ethics are simple “A low cost and personal service. We keep our fee’s honest and our service high.”

Nikki started with just 5 properties in February 2010 and now boasts 60 + properties 3x staff members, a fabulous little office in the Heart of Loanhead and a dedicated team of maintenance contractors.

At High Street Property Management we are keen to keep our business as small as it needs be to have the personal and individual service required by each landlord and tenant. No two clients are the same and we tailor make our services to suit each one.
